Day 6 & 7 - Healing a food disorder

One week and holding.
7 days is the best I'v done in along time.
Its been a long day. I have to think twice to binge & purge because of this journal.
Its the words. I have to go threw the motion and connect with myself to be honest about my experience to some degree.
I'v had this disorder for so long I really don't want to talk about it much.
Its been a struggle. My fear today is about gaining weight.
What if I eat 'normally' and still gain weight? God help me.
