Trigger Day. day 5
I'v been busy all day and haven't focused on my meditation. I did go to Sadhana this morning (a yoga practice starting at 4 am & continues till 6:30, prayer,yoga,meditation) and had a Sat Nam Yasayan sesson early this morning. It is now 7:30.
Yes I got threw the day eating healthy. Soy bean salad, organic cottage cheese a freshly juiced veg smoothie adding greens powder & yogurt. Healthy. I have a good understanding of proper diet. Which means nothing though when you have a food disorder.
I can see where I may have problems soon in maintaining 'sobriety' with food if I continuing having high stressed days like this without sitting down and being present with myself. Acknowledging my sense of 'non-peace' or whatever it is I'm ignoring threw. If I don't start taking the time to sit with myself and be honest with my feelings I will with draw into food in the near future.

The previous article I added to my blog this morning prefectly relates to the experience I'm having right now with my own space I live in. The article is called 'Nada Yoga: Using sound in yoga for distorted eating" It suggested in the article to set up a yoga space in your home and play music that sooths the soul in this place. This can help remind yourself of your soul path of the meditative yogic state of mind we can achieve, well I began creating this space months ago.
Below is a couple of pictures of my yoga room. I cleared out an unused living room filled with furniture and created this open space.
